The room service was efficient, and the housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my visit.While the hotel did not offer services such as car hire or a grocery shopping service, I found that the central location compensated for this by providing easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes. The option of a paid shuttle service or airport shuttle was available for convenience, although it might add to the overall cost of the stay.The hotel's atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with a sun terrace where guests could unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were attentive and accommodating, enhancing the overall guest experience. However, the lack of certain amenities like a bar/lounge area or laundry facilities may be considered a drawback for some travelers seeking additional luxury options.In conclusion, the Artefes Hotel Old City offers a comfortable stay with essential amenities at a reasonable price point, making it a practical choice for those looking to explore Istanbul's historical center without compromising on quality.
